I feel like a lame ass because I took the train home from work this evening instead of riding my bike.  I tried to convince myself that it was no big deal because I always ride my bike to work each morning.  No matter, I have to own up to the fact that this evening I was just plain lazy and unmotivated.  It’s crazy because when I think of how many miles I ride each year compared to the average person I have no reason to feel guilty about skipping out on the ride home yet I do.  So now I have to suck it up and regardless of how I feel tomorrow evening I am putting my ass on my bike and I will ride it all the way home.
