MSI Wind U100 Netbook – Still Alive

It was May of 2009 and I had a decision to make.  Laptop or netbook.  I saw the benefits that both devices offered and made a choice.  I purchased a MSI Wind U100 Netbook because I wanted something ultra-portable that would also allow me to stream movies and due some basic web design and photo editing.  It has been almost two years and the U100 is still going strong.  I’ve hauled this sucker up and down and across the country and it has never failed to support my needs.  It has been used as both my primary computer and backup and even now it is being used daily for research and Netflix.  I must say, this has ended up being one of my wisest purchases in a long while.

Inkshire Art Studio – Saludo!

I wanted to give a shout out to Inkshire Art Studio which displays the work of one of the old gang from Purple.  The illustrations are awesome and you won’t be disappointed if you are looking for some excellent examples of digital design.  Like I said before, Purple will suck the life out of you or, in the case of Inkshire Art Studio, it will inspire you to do something other than die slowly.  Salute!
