Day 230: Netflix On Android
As an Android user I know that this is something I am waiting for impatiently, Netflix on an Android phone. Rumor has it that there was even a job listing on the Netflix site for an “Android Video Playback Expert” under Partner Product Development. I have not verified this myself but it seems to make sense that Netflix would want to jump on board the Android bandwagon. Until then I keep my eyes peeled for any news regarding this topic.
Day 220: Seesmic For Android
When I am mobile and need to tweet or follow Twitter there is only one application that I turn to, Seesmic for Android. I enjoy the interface and the built-in features meet my ever Twitter need. Mobile social media has never been easier. If you have an Android phone then I highly recommend checking out Seesmic for Android. It is the cats meow!
Day 195: SEO and Keywords
Does Google ever use the “keywords” meta tag in its web search ranking?
And Google replied, no.
And there you have it, keywords are not the magic beans that some “experts” would have you believe. Content is king. Plain and simple there is no way for you to avoid the fact that in order for your website to perform well in any search engine you must provide good, relevant page content.
SEO is not an exact science but there are plenty of search engine optimization experts that will sell you on all sorts of tricks that they claim will put you on page one of Google, Yahoo and Bing. Do your research. There is no easy fix when it comes to SEO but the web is filled with tons of good sites that will educate and enlighten.
