One of the great pleasures I discovered while living in Albuquerque, New Mexico was a local chain of of coffee houses called Satellite Coffee.  My favorite location was located at 3513 Central Avenue NE on historic Route 66.  Satellite Coffee was always inviting, the coffee was generally pretty good and each location was laid out in such a way that you were always comfortable relaxing on the chairs or sofas.
