Oh Snap: The Midtown Greenway

Today found me riding the Midtown Greenway.  On the return trip home I sidetracked up onto 10th Avenue and took some photos and shot a little video.  Below is one of those photos.  The video is still being edited.  Enjoy.

I’m lucky enough to live mere blocks from the Mississippi River here in Minneapolis so I’ve been taking advantage of this fact to engage in a little urban hiking.

The Daily Shooter: Fujifilm FinePix JV100

In better days gone by I was lucky to have shot with both Nikon (my personal favorite) and Canon digital SLR’s but these days I make do with a decent point and shoot camera.  Namely, the Fujifilm FinePix JV100 weighing in with 12 megapixels of goodness.  It does not match the features and quality of a Nikon but it does the job and I can keep it in my jacket pocket so it is always there with me.
