Day 193: The Commute

This is what morning looks like.  Rolling towards Hillsboro on the westbound MAX.  Everyone is happy and optimistic because they are headed towards another day.  And riding public transportation helps keep another vehicle off the road which goes towards improving the environment.  Yes, the commute is all about positive action.

On The Train

Here I am, pressing this post from my BlackBerry on a crowded MAX train heading into Hillsboro. The crowd is well mannered and everyone is doing a good job at avoiding eye contact. I’m only four stops away from my final destination so let me bid you a warm farewell.

I got here by walking across the street.  And by here I mean the Millikan Way MAX platform.  And if I ask myself what am I doing here the answer would be, going to work.  I work for a large company, in a large building with lots of parking out front and I know how I got here, MAX.  Letting the days go by…
